Staff Gauges

Our staff gauges are manufactured as enamelled steel plaques. Each staff gauge is 1 meter long, graduated in centimeters, numbered every decimeter and provided for wall mounting.

Numbered plates (also enamelled steel) can also be supplied for meter markings; they are wall-mounted and installed together with staff gauges.

In standard version, they are available with one or two numbers (numbers with more digits on special request). Our staff gauges are easy to fit and manufactured for fast, easy and safe mounting on vertical walls, thanks to the presence of six holes (three per side).

Measuring Principle

To measure the water level, simply read the height of the water surface on the staff gauge.
The quality of construction of the staff gauges allows perfect alignment of two devices, assuring accuracy and easy installation. It is sufficient to align the two staff gauges well using a measure, and to mark the holes of the gauge on the wall where they will be positioned.
The plates are also ready-prepared for wall mounting.
On specific request of our customers, it is also possible to manufacture staff gauges and numbered plates in phenolic resin and to customize numbers with different colors.
Numbered plates can be manufactured with more than 3 numbers and also with decimal numbers.
On request staff gauges and plates are also available in perforated steel.
