Digital Sensor Inclinometer – Model Digitilt AT

The digital sensor inclinometer system with MEMS digital sensor proposed by us is the Digitilt AT Model of the American DGSI Slope Indicator, with which we have concluded a distribution agreement for Italy.

The Digitilt AT inclinometer system includes a digital probe, control cable marked in meters, a cable gate, a Bluetooth reel, the Digitilt Reader app for Android-based devices, and DigiPro2 inclinometer software.

Inclinometers are used to monitor subsurface deformations of the ground in landslides, embankments, and dams and around deep excavations and tunnels.

Measurement Principle

The digital MEMS inclinometer utilizes wireless monitoring technology which represents an evolution of classical inclinometer systems. This system allows, in particular, the acquisition of high precision measurements in reduced time, with graphic real-time rendering.

The use of an extremely thin and light connection cable to the probe, its weight, bulk and Kevlar reinforcement wire ensure durability and practicality.

Connection of the probe to the handheld unit, operating in WINDOWS or ANDROID environment through bluetooth wireless connection, allows the acquisition of readings in the two axes (A and B) in order to obtain estimates of the movements in real time.

The system allows to send surveys to the office via the internet, using email with automatic file attachments or Dropbox for full synchronization. If the internet is not available, use a USB cable for data transfers.

The software of analysis and processing of measurements allows a quick management of the detected data that are stored in an appropriate Database.
