In the review and adaptation program of the monitoring systems of important dams currently under the control of the Sicilian Region, we have completed the installation of new equipment entirely designed and supplied by us, for the Disueri, Comunelli and Furore dams.
Disueri dam: updating of the acquisition system with new CUM3000 unit and transmission of measurements via radio modem. Installed a new reservoir level gauge and a new hydrometrographic station downstream of the dam.
Comunelli dam: new piezometers installed in the dam body to control interstitial pressures, new CUM3000 automatic acquisition unit supplied for the dam body instruments with remote data transmission by means of radio modem.
Furore dam: new automatic acquisition system was installed for the dam body sensors such as piezometers, pendulum installed in the chamfer, hydrostatic balance for level measurement and measurement of losses in the foundation tunnel.
