The Furore dam on the Grancifone stream or Burraito river is an artificial basin, located in the territory of Naro, in the province of Agrigento, built between 1980 and 1992 and intended for the collection of water from the Burraito river.
In the program of revision and adaptation of the monitoring systems of important dams currently under the control of the Sicilian Region, we have completed the installation of new equipment entirely designed and supplied by us for the Furore dam.
In the Furore dam we have installed a new automatic acquisition system for the sensors of the dam body such as piezometers, pendulum installed in the chalice, hydrostatic balance for measuring the level and measuring the losses in the foundation tunnel.
