Pizzi Instruments has recently carried out the supply and installation of monitoring instruments (vibrating wire piezometers, CUM 3000 datalogger, weirs) at the “Farneto del Principe” dam (Cosenza, Italy). The dam was built in the eighties: to ensure adequate monitoring during operation, it is now equipped with a series of new technology sensors produced by Pizzi Instruments.
