{"id":3320,"date":"2010-01-01T16:40:07","date_gmt":"2010-01-01T16:40:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pizzi-instruments.it\/automatic-reservoir-monitoring-system\/"},"modified":"2022-11-02T11:53:09","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T11:53:09","slug":"automatic-reservoir-monitoring-system","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/pizzi-instruments.it\/en\/automatic-reservoir-monitoring-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatic reservoir monitoring system"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatic Reservoir Monitoring System Design, supply and installation of automatic monitoring and control systems for hydrological emergencies<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Pizzi Instruments S.r.l. received and executed the first order in partnership with DDWay Srl, as General Contractor towards the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport &#8211; Dams General Management, concerning the design, supply and installation of automatic monitoring systems and hydrological emergency control .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the project was the design, development, supply and installation of automatic systems for measuring the reservoir levels; the different types of structures have led to the development and implementation of various technological solutions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Misuratori di livello RADAR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuratori di livello Piezometrici<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuratori di livello ad alta precisione al quarzo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The measurement solutions have been centralized in Datalogger Pizzi Instruments mod. CUM3000 connected via satellite network to a control center of the Dams General Management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The datalogger developed by Pizzi Instruments is able to read through a wireless connection for data transmission, level sensors of different types such as immersion piezometers or on gripping work, RADAR sensors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system also allows, in addition to the control of the flooding levels, to manage alarms and alerts in emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system was delivered and installed in several functional batches.<br>The project saw the systems installed there on more than 25 dams, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1st Lot (Year 2010)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dams: Basentello, Camastra, Monte Cotugno and Saetta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2nd Lot (Year 2011)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dams: Farneto del Principe, Tarsia, Toppo di Francia, Monte Melillo, Ripa Spaccata, Abate Alonia, Comunanza, Arcichiaro, Ostola and Ingagna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
